3/22 Planning Meeting Details

The committee currently consists of myself, Heather Castiaux-Drechny, Tara Gibson-Johnson and Kimberlee Meyer.

• We set a date - August 7th, 2010
• Based on the poll so far it looks like most would be interested in a one day event and we agreed that would be the best option.
• We are looking into locations for a picnic/carnival that day from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• We are looking into locations for the evening event. Ideally we would like to find a hotel where you can stay as well as party :).
• We are looking for information on Jennifer Winning who died in 1998. Heather is working on that. If you have any information or a copy of her obituary we would love to hear from you so we can add her to our memorial section.
• A survey will be sent out to find out more of your preferences for this event.
• We will be setting up a Paypal account to handle ticket sales. If you would like to start making payments feel free to do so as we will need start up money for deposits.

Next meeting is set for 3/29 @ 2:00 p.m. I will send another e-vite. If you didn't receive the last one then that means I didn't receive your email address or pull it off of Facebook. Please forward that information to me so I can add you to my distribution group.
